I want to do wildlife conservation...?

would doing zoology in university be the right path for that? or should i be doing something else? Also i'd like to know what it's like if anyone does something similar, thanks =)
 
I don't think that there is any specific major or degree one would need to attain to do any certain job. Obviously you shouldn't study calculus very heavily if you want to teach preschool, but zoology sounds very applicable to wildlife conservation. Your adviser in college will help you a lot when you are deciding things to study. You'll know when you're studying whether or not you've chosen something that you are truly interested in.
