I want to do sculpture/ceramics from home. I can't have a kiln. What can I do?

See if you have a local art center that offers ceramic classes that you could join. Then you could use the kiln there.

What materials can I use where I won't need a kiln?
I live in a lame town with no art studios.

There are many things you can make sculptures out of, but if you want ceramics and clay you will need a kiln or access to one.
Maybe try posting on craigslist or something to see if someone has one that they will let you use.
Otherwise, start experimenting with other items- paper mache or something....
