I want to do a sport/activity that will be fun and help me get in shape.?

I was thinking that I wanted to try to do some free-running. It looks pretty cool and I did a lot of the stuff as a younger kid so I can do a lot of it except for the "BALLSY THINGS" and the really technical stuff. I was looking into maybe doing some tae kwon do or gymnastics to get into a sport/ activity. I have always been kinda skinny, I weigh 135 pounds at age 16 which isn't terrible I just want to add muscle and some fat. So if you have any suggestions on anything for me to do or if you think gymnastics or tae kwon do would be good leave me some info. I currently road bike with a club but not really to serious about it.
