Basically at the gym I attend, every Friday for one hour there is a power blast session. You do things such as running around the block, 40 or so sit ups (without stopping) I am pretty fit and healthy. Only thing is I haven't been going often due to work etc, joined about 2 or 3 months ago and usually go once a week. My question is, do I need to build up to this power session or is it ok to go straight into it such as will I struggle. Only answers from people who attend the gym or trainers etc. Thank you.
