I want to disable my photo updates from showing up in my friends news feed on facebook.?

I want to add a photo album to my facebook account. But I don't want anyone on my list to get a notification about it.
I mean..the album should be visible to my friends when they come to my profile and try viewing it.
I just don't want to notify the whole world when i am uploading it.
How can I do this?
