I want to debate, but there is no debate society in my school?

I am from Commonwealth Secondary School, Singapore and I have debated before in my previous school and have won a few competitions before. I would like to ask what i can do to continue debating? Is it possible to Create a debate society in my school , in singapore? And if not, is there any other community i can join during the weekend that does not require a team?
