The skirt is knee length and I want to turn it into a mini skirt with the frayed effect, but a friend told me that if i just cut it it would always fray and just get shorter and shorter, so is there a way to cut it and fray it to a length I like it and keep it at that length?
I want to cut one of my denim skirts to make it shorter, how do i do it?
