You could do it a lot of different ways, but this is free software that builds photo albums for you. http://jalbum.net/

Blogger.com (also know as Blogspot.com, it's from google). Or freewebs.com.
Both are free and easy to set up, the first is in the format of a blog (of course), and the second is just a website, you can have as many pages as you like on the second.
