I want To Create A LOGIN Page using PHP and ODBC.?

If You know how to create It then Please Help me.
Database: MS access
Database Name : register
Table Name : userdata
fields: username, password.

I have coded it before. Every thing goes alright but it an empty blank screen appears instead of members.php page.
