I want to create a free website for a Sport Team?

My local Rugby team wants a website with Schedules, photos, bios, contacts, videos, etc. On it. How do I make a free website for them withought having to pay? and No I don't want a Myspace or Bebo one.

Well all you do is make a URL. Go on neopets. It kind of helps you with HTML codes.
