I Want To Connect Nokia 600 To My Pc For Browsing Net ?

I have A Nokia 6600 and A Pc Having a Bluetooth Device And A Bluetooth Software Which is ITV Bluesoleil
I have internet in my nokia 6600 (Airtel ; Profile - Mobile Office) and i want to connect nokia 6600 to my PC bcoz i want to browse the net how can i do that
