I want to buy a used road bike?

Does anyone know why used Myata bikes are typically cheaper than a used Bianchi or Miele. I have found used Myata's around $250 - $300 whereas the other brands are around $500. Is it the wieght or type of frame used in Myata's.

Miyata is out of business...And it all depends on condition and what bike model is being sold. Frame material, road groups....I think Miyata mainly sold entry level bikes. I had one for 13 years and never had any problems with it. They're kind of heavy though.
