I want to buy a BMX Bike. Preferably under $400?

Ive recently decided and been inspired from some you tube videos, that I would like to get into BMX riding, possibly flatland!!! But I obviously need a bike. Im a beginner and would like something preferably under $400. Looking for a reasonable brand of bike! What are some good frames I should look into. I have heard of Mongoose and GT.....but have been told (by some other dude) they are not the best.

Any help is appreciated :)
