I want to buy a 06 Dodge Charger with a Salvaged title , 36k miles , ?

The only things that concerns me is that it has a Salvaged California title and I live in NY, the Car is here in Ny, anyone know how much paper work needs to be done? Tranfer title how much am i looking to spend? and is it worth it ?, the car runs great how much should I invest on it?? Thanks for any good advice
 
check this link out see if it helps. also not to be negative i know you probably have your mind set on the car. if money is a issue i would wait and save to get a decent one without a salvage. i live in ny and you can find some here starting near 10 grand some under in the 9,000 range.here are some chargers i found off of craiglistand they are dealers
