well basically i want to make a motorized bicycle... i live in ny..and i want to have motorcycle but i dont want to pay for insurance...is it illegal? and if a cop sees me..cant i just bike away ? is their anythin i shuld kno...cuz my point of view is... i ride with it..follow all the road rules..and shuldnt be a problem... on top of it.. i want to make my own ride cuz im a mechanic. and shuld i worry about my friends making fun of me ? i really want to make one..and i have a mountian bike that ima use to attach the engine. shuld i do this project? what can i tell the cop if i do get stop so i wont get a ticket? help!
