Okay, so when I first started having sex at age 18 I NEVER had this problem. I'm now 21 and I have trouble getting and staying wet.
Now foreplay helps with the getting, but staying. I've noticed that although I'm aroused in my mind, my body just ignores my needs... I think being with the same guy for 3 years has made my body so used to his that it doesn't get excited. Lol.
I usually use KY liquid lube.. But it's sticky and gross. And we both hate it.
Is there anything in my diet, besides drinking water (I already drink plenty) that could possibly boost my ability to get wet?
Is there a lube out there that isn't sticky??
It's not the foreplay. We do plenty of that.
