I want to be an author really really bad..?

Yeah, I've wanted to write a book since I was around seven. I kept telling myself that that would never happen, yet every day I get ideas for books and short stories and when they come in, they never come out. No matter how hard i try to forget the stories, they buzz through my head like a swarm of angry bees! I love to write and I love to use my imagination, but I don't know if I have what it takes to write a book.

What do you think?
