Well I'm about thirteen and want to be an author (not necessarily young, I know it'll take me at least two years to understand the publishing industry and get an acceptance letter- maybe even longer) but I'm too easily put off. Anything (even an illwishing teenager) will make me squirm and bring thoughts about quitting to my mind. I'm scared that if I get too many rejection letters I'd just quit so is there anything I can do to stop getting so squirmish?
I accept critisism most of the time but sometimes when people are outright mean I feel bad.
