i want to be a sniper or a sharp shooter in the royal marines?

im 15 im a good marksmen i am fit i play tactical paintball
i got to atc
i just really love the military
and iv heard of sharpshooters are they true if so i would love to become one so how would you become one
and also whats the training ?
