i am a vietnamese who is studying in oregon, america for high school. i'm gonna be junior for the year 2009-2010. i wonder if i can apply for a university or a college after finishing my junior year in high shcool to study pre-university for my senior year. because the tuition fee is high so may be my parents can't afford enough money for me to study for my senior year in high school. so i want to find a scholarship for pre-university in any colleges or universities. is it possible to study pre-university after grade eleven? and if i can, then how can i have a high school diploma if i don't graduate from high school?....Please help me to answer this question because i'm really looking forward to go to colleges early to save money...
