So i currently have the razzle, and the letters are broken. Thats the only way i can text, so, im pretty screwed. so i wanna switch back to my env2. it wont let me do it on the computor or phone, and i dont wanna go into customer service, do i have to suspend my razzle bc its broken? please help.
