I want the U.S. Military Out of my College, How can I get them kicked out?

I would like they out of my local high school also, the rotc program.

But there are military recrutiers in my colleges, How can I get them to leave?

They do not belong here. They should not have come here, and they should leave.

Can I contact the Dean? The Mayor, The city Counsel?

Who has a say?
