I want the codings to add the checked checkbox in html to add it 2 anothr page wid same rows and columns! help?

I have made a html page in which i have 10 dishes and checkboxes to select any dish! Now i want to link the checked checkbox of a particular dish selected by the user to add it to the order list form(another page) with same row and colum table. Please help me with the codings form the same!
