I want television back…?
My new stepmother is an ultra-orthodox Jew, and she has no television. I don't like her that much, but while I'm with my father I'd really like a television. I've grown up reasonably Jewish, but always had TV. It's always been an outlet for pain, to distract me from sadness. Now, I'm making tough decsisions as a child with divorced parents and living with whom, hating one person and loving the other, and many other conflicts and dilemmas, and find the need for a resourceful outlet, such as television. Any ideas to convince her or my dad, though, I preferably would enjoy to communicate with my father considering I don't like her much, to allow me to have cable? Many thanks!
