The top jobs in that field are Medical Doctors, usually Orthopedic Surgeons.
Below that, you can become a Physician's Assistant (also has a medical degree), or Registered Nurse.
If you don't want to commit to 10 to 12 years at a resident medical university, you might consider going into Physical Therapy. You only have to have a Master's Degree for that, although the field is slowly becoming to require a Doctor's degree.
Some colleges do have online classes. But without at least a Master's Degree from an accredited medical university, you won't even get a job in that field.
A certified Physical Therapist earns between $46,000 to $70,000 a year. Medical Doctors, of course, earn in the millions.
