road...do i need a license? i want one that goes pretty fast so i can drive it around my neighborhood. its for pleasure use and i want to drive it over to my friends house up the street because i'm tired of bicycles and i don't yet have a license for a car...what im trying to ask is if i need to obtain a license for a street legal pocket bike before legally driving it around my neighborhood (which are county roads)?
