I want a pit bike!!!!?

all my mates have pit bikes i'm 15 and i really want one that could beat my mates pit bikes in a race but is easy to ride most of my mates have 110 cc ideal i dont want to be spending over 300 quid anyone got any ideas thanks
im 5"6 and weigh about 9 stone
