I want a new, unnatural hair color? Help?

i am planning on dying my hair dark dark blue. i have very dark brown hair ( looks black sort of...), tan skin, and dark brown eyes. Do you think i should? i want to dye it an unnatural hair color (purple, red, pink) but it has to look good with my features. If you dont think DARK BLUE is a good color for me, please suggest any other unnatural colors for me. Thx!
