i want a new cell phone?

ok well right now i have the lg cookie, in pink, i don't really like this phone, so i want to go and get a new one, i really wanted the lg exnon, but that is only for att service, and i have t-mobile. and now i found another phone that i want it is the lg ev3 and i was wondering if it could be bought as a prepaid phone, and used with t-mobile service! thanks
