I want a Hard fish to take care of in a 30g?

I have 5 fish tanks
1 100g
1 55g
1 30g (empty)
1 20g
& 1 10g

I have already had discus, tetras, pacus, 2 red slider turtles, 1 painted turtle, crabs, crayfish, Tanganyika chiclids, ornate bichir, stone fish, and arowanna. but now I need to put something in my 30g if any of you have a idea of a fish that can fit in a 30g and really hard to take care of.

Has to be freshwater
 
go on liveaquaria.com it has lots of fish and it tells u the difficulty of each fish
but my recommendation is a freshwater stingray very hard to take care of but they're a little expensive
