I want a business ID for my business?

I am 22 years old and I'm self employed. However, I live home with my parents. I want to get an ID card to wear around my neck on a string. This ID card would have my picture on it, my name, address, and phone # on it as well. As well as probably my weight, height and eye and hair color. I work from my home. I have 2 sub contractors and they work out of a different state. For example, when UPS or FedEx comes to my house to pick up shipments or deliver shipments, they will know I am the owner of the company because I will be wearing ID around my neck. (However I have known both my UPS & FedEx drivers for the whole time I been in business so they already know me with or without the ID). I started my business when I was like 15 years old. Where can I go to make a business ID so I can either clip it to my belt or wear it around my neck? Like, say if someone comes to my house, if i have my ID on, I will look very professional. Even when I step out of my car, I will have my ID on so I will look professional too. I prefer to wear it around my neck cause I don't usually tuck in my shirt.
