I want a bike trailer for my 20 month old but cannot afford a really expensive one.?

Is there something on the cheaper side that is safe and will not fall apart. I was on Amazon.com and a couple stuck out. The InStep Quik n Lite trailer and the Aosom 2in1 bike tailer/stroller. The Instep looked good but I was worried about the cloth bottom. I am cautious about the Aosom because it did not have many reviews. Does anyone have any recommendations?
 
The child out grows the trailer well before the trailer gets used up. Shop used.

If you can't find one used go to Wal-Mart. The Schwinn unit they sell is folding, has bearings in the removable wheels, and looks just like the others from 20 feet away.

I have one and my grandsons love riding in it.
