i want 3.1.3 firmware

i have iphone 3g vercion 3.0 i want update to 3.1.3 i download many firmwares(from here http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f456/iphone-ipod-touch-wiki-949340/)but when i click on restaurar in itune to open firmware there no show any firmware to open may be i,m downloding wrong firmware file.so plz plz plz anyone help me wich file i have to download to update 3.1.3

man searsh the name of file in my dcument and when u browes the file type *.* all files maybe find it zip file

tnx bro i downloaded this file but when i click on restore to give firmware 3.1.3 ther show only this folder iPhone1,2_3.1.3_7E18_Restore and inside this folder show other folder but no show any file to open.so wht u think can u explain by ur way
 
bro rename the file from .zip to .ipsw
and press the shift button from keyboard then press restore and select this file
