i want 2 puffer fish but torn between greenspotted & figure 8 puffers?

which are better ?
do green spotted puffers have to live in marine tank?
i was told not to get 2 figure 8 puffers? is it best to get 2 green spotted puffers instead then?
 
Two Green Spotted's are more likely to rip each other up than two F8's. In a large and well planted tank two F8's should be fine as long as it's not two males.

And Green Spotteds really need high end brackish/marine while the F8's are low-end brackish.
