Hello i am thinking about moving to Arcadia california and i was wondering how much of an inceom i need to be able to survive there i wanna live a pretty comfortable life, like being able to have a little bit of spending money to go to the mall or something. i seen this town home i really liked. my incoem as of now is 115,000. will that income be able to afford it?? the town homes i liked were 689,000 and the other was 499,000; i like the 689,000 one more so tell me if i can afford that one; and tell me if i can afford the 499,000 one too. So should i move to calfiornia with that income?
