I wanna lose weight but my days are booked so I don't really have time to exercise?

So I work 6-2 then have two hours off to take a shower and get ready for school and head out till about 10 30. I want to lose wait but can't really exercise since my day is so booked and this is mon-fri weekeds i try to go on hikes and things like that but its not enough. any ideas. summers coing and i have a pudge id like to flatten out
