I wanna lose 40-50lbs by March? Don't know what to eat?

Right now, I'm 14. I'll be 15 on March 4th.
I'm about 5'2 and I weigh around 167-170. I'm not so much as 'fat' as you would think, because I'm a more athletic build and I have muscular legs, but they still have fat on them! I won't deny that.

I want to get to around 120-130 lbs by March. It's just a goal. I'll go father if I have to. We have P90x and we are getting p90x2 in the house as well.

Help me on what to eat?
I look about..130 now. But, I don't like the feeling of NOT being that. If I actually get to 130, I'll look..100 :D!
