i'm 16 so in too years i wanna join the army and i want to be ready i know there might be good time but still

And i heard you have to meet these physical fitness requirements
make 42 push-ups.
make 53 sit-ups
run 2 miles in 15:54 min.
And be a fair swimmer.
and i'm not sure i can make the push-ups
and i think i can the sit-ups
and the running never tested myself there
but i'm not a good swimmer.

So i want to prepare myself any tips how but without permanetly hurting my body.
i there is good time but still.
and i can afford to go to a gym.

When you join you are not expected to max the PT test. You will have many weeks of training and time to develop strengths in the weaker areas, I was only good at sit-ups and running. I always did the bare minimum of pushups and not one more, until I found out the better you do, the better opportunities for promotion.

Being 16 you will develop a lot in 1-2 years and maybe grow another inch or two. What you NEED to do is go the the library or the bookstore and get the Arco book on ASVAB testing to know what to expect. The better GT score you get, the better job you can get. If you score perfect on the PT test and are as dumb as a bag or rocks, you won't get the good jobs.

Since you are still in high school can you try out for the track team or the football team? There you can get your body and mind conditioned. Otherwise, just start working on the things you mentioned. You don't need to swim. You can work your way up on pushups by just doing them, paying attention to form. Find a track to run on or just enjoy running around your neighborhood.

YOu can google FM 21-20. It may look boring but skim through it. It is the Bible for physical training in the Army and will give you tips on conditioning and exercises to work your body. Be ready mentally as well as physically. Read, learn history, enjoy being 16, go chase some girls around.

first of all you should learn how to spell TWO right...
These requirements seem really intense. Where did you 'hear' these from? Two years ago I had to run a mile in school and my time was like 11 minutes, and I was so out of breath. But I am not a runner, Im just not good at it. Also my bra broke in the middle...
but defiantly get into really good physical shape. Try to be as fit as you can. You should be as healthy as possible, so eat really healthy. Don't eat junk food and stuff.
I would highly recommend joining Army Cadets or something since your young. It will teach you basic drill, how to take care of your uniform, drill, and pretty much the feel of the army. I'm an Air Cadet myself and at summer training this year I met a lot of people who were in the army. They had a lot of education! So defiantly aim high and go to university.
so get fit and stay focused on joining the army.
