i wanna help some "loner" at my school. Any suggestions?

So theres this kid that hangs out with me and my friends at our spot at lunch.. so i guess i wouldnt consider him too much of a loner but i mean no one looks at him as a real friend or something and the only time we all talk with him is at lunch. We're not mean to him at all and we talk to him normally. I've known him the longest so he tells me things like his life is boring and no girls want him. He's told me hes still a virgin and hasnt even kissed a girl yet. Hes super skinny and hes kinda weird and immature in a way. I know he doesnt have the guts to talk to girls. Also all of us hang out on the weekend and no one invites him cuz hes too weird in a way.. So do any of you have any suggestions on how i can sorta change him in a way so he can be happy and get girls to like him? Have you ever helped someone like that? I just feel bad for him and i was never the type to bully anyone.
 
I think it'd be fun to set him up on a blind date :)
Bring him out for lunch sometime with your friends, invite him to parties..
Before you know it he'll make some friends, there's a guy like that at my school
