I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud meter?

In the poem "I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud," why don't lines 6 and 7 follow the iambic tetrameter? One website said the word "Fluttering" might have been intended as "Flut'ring" or something similar.. And then "Continuous" would be read kind of fast to have 3 syllables like con-tin-yoous or con-tin-yus because if it is read regularly as con-tin-yoo-us, it doesn't keep the meter...?

Or was there a reason that Wordsworth strayed from the meter?
