I eat healthy and I drink plenty of water. I work about 30 hours a week. A reasonable amount of stress but that changes on a weekly basis. I am just wondering why I can not lose weight. I have fat legs and a fat stomach. I weigh 145 lbs and I'm 5 foot 2 inches. My doctor says I look perfectly fine. Friends think I'm crazy for wanting to lose weight, but they only see the image I am trying to give out, and I'm good at wearing clothes to make me look smaller than I am. I have that hourglass shape, but I want to lose some weight on my stomach and my legs. I don't understand how I'm not able to do so when I am burning up that many calories and eating a normal diet. I've tried to eat more, to eat less, less carbs, or high protein. I feel like I have tried everything. I feel like I have an allergy but I can not pin point it. Did I become used to the same exercise that I don't reap the initial benefits of said exercises?
