I used to play an arcade game when I was a kid (early '90s) and I cant remember it. You had to fly a ship through a tube of sorts and if you hit something a part of the ship would come off and if you made it far enough to end the level you would get those parts back or add more on depending on points or cash or something. It sort of looked like the Sonic the Hedgehog 2 bonus level but a tube and a ship. I live in Windsor, Ontario if that helps and played it at Devonshire Mall.
