I want to get back to a competitive level but not sure where I should start and Im worried about injury. In these 12 years I have had 4 kids and a knee reconstruction 18 months ago so not sure whether my body can handle it. I have also lost 25kg and still have around 10kg to go which is also holding me back. Every time I run my heart and head wants to go faster but my legs cant keep up. Where should I start and what should I do?
