I use Trend Micro Internet Security, and a suspicious Program has been blocked, BUT!?

so i blocked it but the box that says TREND MICRO INTERNET SECURITY wont leave!! i click the exit button but it doesntleave. :( the computer is acting as if the box isnt there. gosh. ?
