i use american garden apple cider vinegar. it is 5% acidic so should i use it for drinking?

can someone plz tell me the exact quantity in which i a suppozed to take it?
iss it 2 tspns in 1 glass of water or 2 table spoons in 1 glass of water? and i want to know when can i take this concoction?

AMERICAN GARDEN NATURAL APPLE CIDER VINEGAR which is 5% acidic, can be used??
