...can I do to make sure my? what can I do make sure my whole body is getthing the exercise it needs. I would love to swim but no pools available in my area at this time. I have a merrit athletic but they charge too much for me right now. I thought about doing yoga cause everyone says they feel great doing that. I used to just dance to music I loved but stopped doing that. It is as if I have trouble paying attention so as I am typing this my legs are riding the stationary bike cause my mind can pay attention to Y/a....how can I get out of this rut...I have had trouble lifting one of my arms for about 6 months & think if is from lack of exercise.
 
Right now you are getting a great cardio work out but nothing for muscle building or management. If you're so inclined you can buy a pull up bar, the perfect pushup (this product is awesome), and maybe some weights (for crunches and lifting)! Right now you're far healthier than the average American :). I'd also suggest running outside, It's fun, and works out the whole core of your body more than a bike.
