it is a 4th Gen 4.1 i believe but i wanted to figure it out so i downloaded this limerain software and tried to do it but it now says that i need to plug it in to my computer but when i do it says i need to restore it before continuing so i tried that and it said could not be restored error (21)
Help please and if apple locked my ipod is there anyway i can send it into any buisness to get it hacked back to normal? like send it into apple or some other place because it is brand new
