once i tried changing my pin on my phone it went to a PUK code, and i got it wrong a number of times so it went onto a pin code? and i try typing in my pin and it goes to SOS or CALL. and if i type in any random number it says incorrect number. I contacted o2 about this and they gave me a number, but it still didnt work after i typed it in. any ideas on what to do?
