...do about it? I took my car into Sears for an inspection. I was told it would be about a half hour, I walked around then let them know I would be in the waiting area. After an hour I went and asked what was going on, as I could see throught the window my car hadn't been touched. The guy said to have a seat and he would find out.

A man came in with a Mercedes (I drive a dodge neon) he asked me how long I had been waiting b/c he had an apointment at such and such a time. i told him I had been waiting over an hour for an inspections. He said that they told him his car was after an inspections and a oil change. there were 3 cars in the garage mine his and a van. obviously I was the inspection ahead of him. 20 minutes later they came in and told him his vehicle was ready. Mine was still parked by the lift and hadn't been touched!

At this point I asked the wotrker what they hell they were doing with my car. Finally after another half hour they came out and told me that I needed front barkes and rotors to pass. I asked for a quote and the said $380. Sounded a bit steep so I said I would take it with me and bring it back after my husband did the work. I asked if since the had inspected it and had in there computer what needed done if I brought it back in after the brakes were fixed if I had to pay the inspection price ($26) again. He said that yea I would.

By this point I was really annoyed I had just paid $26 for them to waste 3 hours of my time. I then had to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes while they put my tires back on. Then when the fat ass guy drove my car out of the shop he said that my battery is shot and they had to jump it to get it started. I have NEVER had any trouble with my battery. I think the dumbasses didn't close the door good the three hours it sat in there and my interior light drained the battery. When I asked him this he said nothing and just walked away.

I have had this car for 6 years, I know how it feels to drive. I can tell when something is differesnt. Wen I took it into Sears I felt no problem with tanything. Now it feels likeI have no brakes.

What can I do about my experience? Do you know anywhere I can leave feedback to let them know they will never have my business again? Do I have right to be so pissed off?
