...she wont talk to me? Im out of state in my freshman year of college and have texted this shy girl who is a senior in high school a few times since i have been gone.
She is SUPER shy and has never had a boyfriend. Her little sister is best friends with my little sister they are freshman.
Last night I told her (through text) I thought she was cute and we should hang out next week. She said thanks. ok if i can. I then tried to call her but she didnt answer. She texted me and said she couldnt talk tonight so I said what about tomorrow?. Didnt get a reply
The next day (today) I called, she didnt answer, I left a message saying we should go bowling with friends or our little sisters, and that she should call me back or text me. She never called back or texted.
So I think she is not interested in me at all and am thinking about giving up. But our sisters are telling me that she is acting like this becaus she is super shy. They say this is why she hasnt had a boyfriend becuase she does not know how to deal with these situations.
Its nerve wracking enough to ask a girl you like to hang out but to continue trying in a situation like this is unbelievably awkward. I really like this girl and dont know what to do next.
I also think that if she is not interested i deserve a straight answer and should not just be ignored
